I have a budget of £400-£450 and i want to build a home office PC for excel, emails web browsing etc. I thought an i3, maybe skylake, would be best but obviously new kabylake pentiums have just been released and other office builds i have looked at seem to include these and some seem to be cheaper than older i3s and with better performance. I'd rather not stretch my budget too much so i'd like to stay as close to £400 as possible, my budget also includes Windows 10 and a Bluetooth dangle/card that i can use with my mouse and keyboard.
An SSD would be nice for boot speeds and loading times but storage space and budget is my priority - i was originally looking at a WD blue 1TB. I also won't need a disk drive as i can take this out of my old system.
does anyone have any recommendations for parts or a full parts list i can use?

Get cheap Windows 10 from legit websites like Kinguin.
Still have money left for the Bluetooth card.
Update the mobo BIOS and the CPU will work.

could a nettop style mini PC be cheaper in this case? something like an intel NUC, msi wind box or zotac zbox

some of them offer space for more than one storage drive ... like a mSATA or m.2 SSD + a 2.5" hdd and most of them come with bluetooth built in and windows 10 included so you would not need to buy it seperate (wich is possibly more expensive)
