Hmmm,  I don't care too much about ranks... doesn't give you an impression about the posting and writing quality of the member, only thing you know is that he/she is online a lot in forum ;).

The "Junior Member" on the top of your profile pic can also be changed to your preferred title in the profile settings. Many don't know this. Mine for ex. is "Sir"
