Intel XTU question

dont bother touching it. i have used XTU quite a bit and i have never touched it nor do i ever intend to

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

It regulates the max power draw of the CPU when it boosts, but only for a short time. After that it will turn down the clock speed, to stay under the normal power draw.

Doesn't the Name say it all? :D
