You just run the benchmarking tool in FRAPS and open the file in excel, sort the column by min/max to get those numbers and average them out.

nzxt CAM is pretty good. i think i remember seeing all the requirements you need. i had problems having its overlay while fraps was on so i had to uninstall fraps for CAM to work. and yes, it works even if you don't have any nzxt hardware installed.

I would just use MSI Afterburner. Honestly I'm shocked no one else brought it up yet.
