windows 10 loop

Hi guys, i have a problem with my windows 10. i reinstall my laptop, after reinstall it, it suddenly stuck on "just a moment" and automatic restart and after that it did it again and over and over again.... is there any solution in this problem.... please help me i hope you respond thanks:)

did you do a clean install? sounds like a corrupted windows install. or possible hardware faults.
