Silent PSU ?

hi guys i want to help me to find a really silent PSU for my pc my pc is too noisy 

i have an old psu over 6 year corsair gaming series 600w 

my parts is i7 2600k

gtx 960

8 gb ram

I believe Luke has talked before in his why high wattage PSUs are stupid video about how very high wattage PSUs can provide 300-400W or whatever with a no fan mode.

You have a few options you can get a slightly oversized PSU with a silent or eco fan mode where it will not turn on until ti reaches high load. That build won't use more than 400W so you could go to something like a 650W PSU with silent fan mode where it will not turn on until close to 40% load in most units, however that can vary.

get a 600-750 watt PSU in there like the RM750x and you likely will NEVER get the fan to kick on except maybe when you are doing video encoding (I know I haven't but I don't have a GPU yet).

What do you have most available, my go to suggestion is still the Evga G2 but there are lots of good options out there. Here is a general list of good units to look for.
