Hyperx Cloud II white noise

Hello, I recently bought the hyperx cloud II's. I notice in the background some weird static/white noise. It only appears when audio is playing. It's very quiet but noticeable. The firmware version is 005 for those wondering.

Using the included dongle? If so, replace it with something else. Its a piece of garbage.

Yes, I'm using the included dongle so I can use 7.1. Do you recommend any good dongles out there that will let me still use 7.1?

Probably just a USB soundcard, or internal sound card and a 3.5mm extension.

Alright, thanks. Didn't want to go through the hassle of replacing it a third time.
