Network Connection

My brother bought a Dell Latitude E6510 i think,and it had brand new win 8 installed so for a few weeks it worked fine but tonight its just connects to our home network but it has no internet acces,

i tried installing fresh win 10 i hoped it maybe coud solve the error but it still just connects and doesnt have internet acess.

 

NOTE: All the other devices in the house have normal connection.
