What CPU/GPU (or whole PC System) do you have?

What do you use the Monitor for? (Gaming might be obvious, but still a valid question. You might be doing photo editing or whatever :P )

Both are TN (the one might be better than the other, depends.) with 6-bit Panel if im correct.

Both have 144 Hz (Asus ovvers OC up to 180 Hz, which is still a native refresh rate)

Both have just a 1080p Panel

Asus offers G-Sync (which you should NOT get, if you use an AMD Card...)

To G_Sync: DO you have ANY issues at the moment with stuttering (when using V-Sync ON), or Screen Tearing (when using V-Sync OFF)?

If you use VSync OFF; and you never see any tearing, you probably won't notice G-Sync at all.

Objective and my personal simple answer to your simple question: No, it's not worth, because you only get G-Sync (let's ignore the 180 Hz. Anything above 144 Hz has so low diminishing returns, the difference are extremely minimal). But you still keep 1080p Resolution. That's kinda "meh" considering we have 2017.

Check out the Dell S2417dg, or Acer Predator XB241YU. Or AOC Agon AG241QG.

They should cost nearly the same (maybe a few bucks more), but you get:

- much sharper 1440p resolution

- native 8 bit TN Panel. A pretty damn good one too. I don't miss IPS at all here.)

- G-Sync with 144 Hz, and OC Mode to 165 Hz.

TL;DR: Almost same Price, but much sharper 1440p resolution.
