Considering this is all one "sentaces", I think he wants to know if he should leave the cables as they are now, or put it back as it was.

 

Something went wrong with your instalation. You should figure that out, since your boot drives magicaly have changed. Depending on cable management I would put the cables back as they were before. Then go inside your BIOS, and change your boot order there. But my main consern remains: how did your drives got swapped in the first place.
