New pc with booting issues

Hello Linus Forums, im in a bit of a tricky situation if anyone could help me out

 

my old pc had a loop booting issue what i couldnt fix so i got a new motherboard,cpu & Ram 

 

i went from i7 4770k to the ryzen 1700x i booted it up and it came up with f1 to configure and f2 to start in safe mode

 

i pressed f1 to boot up normally and everything seemed normal, then went out and told the pc to boot up and configuring windows happened then installing devices to 100% then it went black, any help amigos

did you do a clean reinstall of windows or just use your old installation? if the second one, do a clean install, your drivers will not work otherwise.

Did you reinstall windows?

Maybe it's the PSU (insufficient power maybe check that the cable it fully plugged in or try a new slot on the wall) Monitor or the cable connecting the PC to the monitor

Or a clean install of windows

i dont have a backuop on my ssd and i need the information from it :. how can i get aorund it

Put the old processor in and backup then reinstall.  Or connect hard drive to another computer and backup from there.

What is the rest of your rig? What cooler?

coolmaster 240 liquid cooled one

going from a 290x to a 980 master cooler 240l

lol i would definitely do a clean install, there's no way around that one lol, you switched from intel to amd....
