I have amd a10-7850k with igpu, but I am sure that it is powerful enough to run wither 2. But I have strange performance problems. I can run skyrim at 1080p on high at 40 fps, witcher 3 on low at 720p 30 fps. But witcher 2 runs very badly. It runs almost like the wither 3, but looks much worse. Raising resolution to 1080p gains stable 17 fps. Tried changing texute memory budget, downloading custom d3d9.dll, no effect.

It used to be the "can it run crisis" game of its time. It's certainly not easy to run. Lots of visual effects ahead of its time.
