corss fire, i dont think so (not sure however, i think you need x370 for that), and overclock yes

No. And besides, a 1080ti is better anyways.

B350 boards have low quality vrm. Many people have noted the very high temps the vrms hit when they start to overclock. 2 GPUs would mean more heat in your system. That's not gonna be good. Though if you do still end up with that board, make sure you have active airflow over the mosfet heat sinks.
