1. Budget & Location

$1,400, but can go up to $1,600USD if needed.

2. Aim

The system will be used on film editing and timelapse rendering.

3. Monitors

I have 2x1080p monitors for now.

4. Peripherals

I have bluetooth trackpad and keyboard and could borrow a keyboard for installation.

5. Why are you upgrading?

I am a timelapse enthusiast, which i recently find my work too demanding for my MacBook Pro with Retina Display Mid 2014 that has a 2.8 GHz Intel Core i7 and 16GB 1600MHz DDR3 memory.

I am looking to build a Hackintosh to that need, likely with 32GB Ram and a high thread Xeon processor.

I currently have 2x 4TB drives so that could be taken out of this purchase.

I'm also curious if liquid cooling would be better for my case? Or is that an overkill?
