Depends on the load, actually (specs?) but something like this has a decent chance of damaging your components no matter what the specs are. A basic rule is to shoot for tier three or higher on the list in my sig (there are some great budget options) but if your specs aren't too demanding you might be able to get by with lower (still not this low).

That's the Masterwatt Maker (the super expensive Japanese Cap one). Masterwatt Lite isn't on there at all (idk why?) but is not very good, comparable to the EVGA W1 series probably

Best guess is the HEC platform used in the EVGA White and Corsair VS. Fine for a single RX460, wouldn't put more in there.
