Locking apps on iPhone?

OK so this is obviously a feature apple needs to add in a update. Is there a free way I can lock apps suck as iMessage and Facebook Messenger on my iPhone 6s? There are apps like Passkey but I don't wanna shell out $100 a year for it.

I would jailbreak but I don't think there is a way to Jailbreak IOS 10.2.1 and if there were I think the only way is Yalu which needs to be re-installed every 7 days.

Thoughts?

 

And before someone asks I don't have anything illegal or something. Just some private stuff that I don't trust my parents with

Ya but guided access doesn't let you lock apps. It just doesn't let you leave them

Once Guided Access is enabled, use the triple-click home button feature to bring it up. Draw across the screen to block certain areas from being accessed, then tap Start. Once Guided Access is up and running, no one will be able to touch the parts of the screen you disabled unless they know your passcode.
