POST fail

hey guys, anyone have a idea how to fix this?

When i power up my PC for the first in the day, everything seems to works fine: all leds light up, all fans spin, all HDD spin, but i can't get it to POST, then i force shutdown and remove 1 of the 4 RAM sticks (any of them i tested them all) that i have and the PC posts normally, before it reaches windows i shutdown the PC again and put the RAM stick back in and again it post normally. I dont know why it doenst post on the first time though. Send Help!

2 HDD (7200RPM)
