Zenfone 3 MAX (bugs)

Hello LTT its been quite some time since I last posted something :3 

 

Ok, here's what I just bought an Asus Zenfone 3 Max. I expected it to be a mid tier phone but there were bug all over the screen, I searched the internet for solutions, one thing I found was from the support from Asus themselves, there were free downloadable updates in form of a zip file, here's what I did, I extracted the zip file and I expected it to update, sadly nothing happened, help me out :3
