Z87X-UD4H boot loop

hello guys my friend has an issue of boot looping with the 4 slot motherboard

 

you know of any way it could be fixed or?

 

before the boot loop was happening he got loads of blue screens 

 

kernal security check

 

k mode acception not handled 

 

pool corruption in file area

 

not less or equal

 

these were the messages before the boot loop, any ideas?

Looks like Windows is Corrupted or something that is plugged in caused it. I had this Issue when I plugged my Monitor to my PC and Fixed it by disabling a Startup App

What it will do is repair Corrupted Files in Windows so it can run

will the boot loop fix itself, thats what i thought?
