Unidentified network

My PC is connected via homeplugs. Last night the internet suddenly stopped working and today it still won't work. 

Control Panel just says "unidentified network."

 

I don't know what to do. I don'tknow how to diagnose this problem. I can't connect my computer to the internet in any other way.

Could be 100 things... let's start examaning the patient:

 

First: how is your network lay-out?

Second: did you make a loop? (Plug both sides of an ethernet cable into the same device) usually the indicator leds will light up at crazy speeds.

Unplug everything from the modem, is there internet coming out of it? Do you have internet access on all other devices?
