I need help deciding what components I should pick for my dad's pc. He will useing for browsing the web, watching videos, etc. No gaming or really cpu/gpu intensive things. This is the part list I have made. Is it good? (P.S. he wants 2 monitors.)

Thanks for your help in advance.

Why not a Intel Pen or i3? You could go for cheaper SSD which have same performances such as SANDISK/Crucial MX300 and you can safe your money and get window 10 OEM key. What is your budget, i can make you much better system.
