Surface Pro 4 Display Jittering

My Surface Pro 4 display is starting to jitter randomly when I don't touch the display for some time and then it goes back to normal once I touch the display again. What is the issue and how do I fix it?

One does not open a Surface up without breaking it. 

@iamdarkyoshi is gifted at breaking them, that said everyone is, "Not even ifixit managed to get it apart intact"

Breaking something isn't always a bad thing.

Can you send a video or something that shows us what is happening? 

If it is a hardware fault, I really hope it is covered by warranty, because I imagine a lot of repairers will refuse to service it or just charge a lot to attempt to fix it.

To open the SP4 up, you need to heat the screen, and then use an iFixit sucker to pull the display up and off the chassis.
