Need some helpful advice

I have a major problem i just got into pc gaming after switching from xbox to pc for overwatch my computer is a prebuilt dell inspiron 3656 "rocking" an amd fx8800p proccessor and the new rx 460 ive just put in today its gigabytes 4gb oc version.    The graphics card i replaced was the stock r9 360 2gb my problem is im barely getting 45 fps on every thing low and i just dont understand why the card itself should be capable of running that game and the fx cpu has a turbo speed of 3.5 ghz so whats holding me back

I don't know much about overwatch intensitties but afaik the 8800p is a terrible processor, pc games are more intense then xbox games because they usually have better graphics, the 460 is an okay-ish card but that is quite a bad cpu

The 8800p is a lower power FX chip and as such is more suited for lower end tasks like word proccessing and video viewing. The FX line is very old at this point so its probably that you are getting a cpu bottleneck

don't know about the cpu but the gpu ( 360 to 460 ) kinda sideways "upgrade". a 470 would have been smarter.
