As you can see in this picture, this is while playing Overwatch, the gpu suddenly dips and my fps drops from 170 too about 100. This is very annyoing.

I have a i5-4690k and gtx 960 strix

i5-13600kf, 16gb Corsair 3600mhz, Asrock z690 ac itx,  RTX 3080 , 1TB+1TB PREDATOR + Western digital NVME, InWin A1, Thermalright peerless assasin 120SE

Honestly I do not know, I just wanted to tell you that I get this too, and I don't think it's unusual, but I have never asked anyone else. I am just as curious as you but I have had three GPU's in the past and all three have done this, either I am right that this is normal, or it is a problem with another part of the system.
