I built a pc and I turn it on just keep boot looping when I reseat my ram to the slot one ,it didn't have any beep sound just keep boot looping but if I reseat it to the second slot it just beep 5 sound and also keep boot looping .I tried to unplug all the HDD keyboard mouse front usb 3.0  and 2.0 from the mobo ,check cpu, heatsink and cable connection . All just fine . So what is the problem with my pc?

 

Mobo: Gigabyte H110M-GAMING 3

RAM : 1X 8GB CORSAIR VALUESELECT DDR 4 ( QUALIFIED BY GIGABYTE)

PROCESSOR : INTEL PENTIUM G4560

HDD: SEAGATE 500GB

GRAOHIC CARD: NOT SHIPPED YET

It's most likely the bios. The ram is fine.
You would have to install a skylake chip in the mobo and install the appropriate bios for kaby lake. Maybe your local computer shop can help you out.

Bidon is most likely correct, the newest bios update for your motherboard enables support for the newest generation of Intel CPUs.

Your Motherboard most likely spend the last couple of months in a warehouse somewhere, so you still have the old BIOS without support installed.

To update the bios you need somebody to lend you a 6th generation intel cpu.
