First time Builder ,want to double check.

I am going to Assemble my PC soon, I have Created a part list, please you go though it ?

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/jqnT3F

I know that I should get a 1440p monitor as I have the 1070, but where I live 1440p monitors are stupidly overpriced and I can wait.

I have a ssd in there as well, What is the life span of the Sandisk Ultra II 480 gb? when should I upgrade it?

That's pretty much it. Thank You.

Get a better psu, the old cx isn't good and not suited for powering up a gtx 1070 and 7600k.

See if the cryorig m9i, gammaxx 400 are available for the same price or cheaper, they perform just as good if not better for less.

If a 144hz 1080p monitor is cheap enough, i'd cut back on some parts and get that instead of a 60hz monitor.

Looks good to me. Most SSD's will work fine for many years, so plenty of time... I wouldn't worry too much. If you want a bit more read/write speed you could go with the samung evo drive for about $20 more, but that's just me.

Maybe try looking at some 144hz monitors. I couldn't ever imagine going back to 60hz.

Is the difference very noticeable?

Yeah, it is. IMHO, if you want to go ahead and use a standard refresh monitor for now; nothing wrong with that. However, to maximize your investment in your PC, a 144 hz monitor will provide you with that.

Honestly yes. Some people may say it's not worth it, but you 100% will notice the difference. A good monitor is key in a good setup. No matter how much money you throw at your PC your monitor is the one that actually creates the computer experience.

I have a 1440p and a 1080p monitor. If I had to choose 1440p 60hz or 1080p 144hz, I would choose 144hz in a heart beat, that's just my opinion, everyone is different. 1440p wasn't that much of an image upgrade for me to care for it that much. 144hz is really noticeable playing FPS games. 60hz is perfectly fine though.

I'd personally cut the SSD to around 240GB and use a locked i7 with a cheaper motherboard and the stock cooler. Then you'd have the budget for a 1080, which is 22% faster than the 1070 at 1440p. Long gone are the days when 70 series cards weren't very cut down from the 80 series cards. In Pascal the 80 series stomps all over the 70 series. I just don't see the appeal of the GTX 1070 now with the far superior GTX 1080 selling for only $60-$100 more.
