Wireless Mirror all the Things

I am in need of a solution, I need a singular device our school can use with an HDMI projector that will support wireless mirroring with Windows PCs, iOS and macOS devices, and Android devices. It is preferable that there doesn't need to be extra software on any of the devices and is mandatory that the software doesn't cost any money.

It would be understandable if you couldn't figure this out.

Got an Android, never going back to apple again (notice I spelled apple with a lowercase and Android with an uppercase)
