Can i monitor my GPU clocks with a program separate from the one i made the overclocks on?

i wana use EVGA precision x oc for my overclocking but i like monitoring with msi afterburner because it gives a lot more options than precision x like CPU monitoring, i dont know if this is a good idea because i dont know if msi afterburner will show accurate clock speeds because it was overclocked in a different program.

Sure you can but one tip, judging from your avatar you should get to an optometrist for some help before you do so you can actually see it.
