I'm really not sure why people are shoving brand new builds in your face.

Your build looks great but you don't really need an aftermarket cooler for your CPU, it can't be overclocked anyway. The storage options aren't particularly impressive brands, but for the price they'll do just fine.

I would highly recommend a better monitor. For a 1080p TN panel, it really isn't all that great. Other than the price, there is nothing about it all that appealing. Firstly, I think you would enjoy a bigger monitor - 21.5in is actually somewhat small and it's specifications are pretty disappointing. I would recommend an IPS display, or if you're going to be gaming you can get a better 1ms/144hz TN panel for a pretty decent price nowadays. Of course though, this will drive up the price a bit. If it's too much, monitors go on sale everywhere all the time and you can always find a pretty good deal. Come on, give that GTX 1070 the respect it deserves :).

I'm not really in any place to give any suggestions, there are an unbelievable number of monitors out on the market. Just have a look around.

Desktop - CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x | COOLER: be quiet! Dark Rock 3 | MOBO: ASRock X370 Killer SLI/ac | RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200MHz | GPU: MSI RTX 2070 Super Gaming X Trio | STORAGE: 2x XPG SX8200 Pro 1TB, Crucial MX300 525gb, Seagate Barracuda Pro 4TB | CASE: Phanteks P400s TG White | PSU: Corsair HX750i

Laptop - Dell XPS 13 | Intel i7 7500u | Intel HD 620 Graphics | 8GB RAM | 256GB M.2 SSD

Peripherals - KEYBOARD: KBD67 Lite w/Gateron Milky Yellow Pros | MOUSE: Razer Deathadder V2 | AUDIO: Sennheiser HD 6XX, Truthear Hexa | MONITOR: Dual 1440p 27" MSI Optix MAG274QRF-QD

There we go. I appreciate the help from others, but I really appreciate it when I am given more of an explanation for why I should do what! Im gonna take off the cooler, and ill shop around for a new monitor with the extra funds I have now. Thanks all

It looks like a good build overall!  I will agree with the others about the monitor though.  We use a lot of those 24" Asus monitors in our offices, and I've noticed significant inconsistency in the display quality.  Some of them look great, and others look completely washed out.  Getting one that looks perfect is practically 50/50.

Having worked in computer hardware for a long time, I've found Hitachi hard drives to be just as good as WD or Seagate.  And since you're using it for a secondary anyway, it hardly matters if it has an edge in speed or not.  I've seen HDDs from all three major manufacturers fail and need replacement, and I've seen HDDs from all three major manufacturers last trouble free for years, even decades.
