windows Its broken again...

Aye everyone, my G751JY running Windows 10 is kinda soft-broken again.... First of all, my Alt + Tab randomly stops working and the Start Menu doesnt open. I made a bat script that restarts Explorer, which fixes my problem. But it messes up Fences, which i dont like, so i dont use the script very often.

I tried to do "sfc /scannow", then i noticed i get some error. Here is it on german:

I googled about the error and read that i should run "net start trustedinstaller", which in return gives me another error...
 

Der Name für den Dienst ist ungültig.

 

How could i fix that stuff? I just want a normal PC, is that too much to ask for, Windows? And if more games supported Linux, i wouldnt be asking this question.

have you tried doing a clean boot? might be some software causing the explorer to hang.
