Sporadic security warning

Recently my internet has not been working so I have been using a BT hot spot that I am paying for to use the internet, It was fine until a couple days ago I started getting security warnings, sometimes every couple of minutes (images of warnings included). I searched around for an answer but couldn't find anything on it. I have tried installing the certificate but it doesn't do any good. I also can't seem to figure out what is triggering it since it happens when the computer is idle too. Thoughts?

Its set to automatic and is correct

-clear Bluetooth date

-reset your phone

Uh, my computer doesn't have bluetooth and I cant find a bluetooth date setting
