In dire need for help

So i have a 100€ to 200€ budget and i want to buy a monitor.
The thing is i'll be doing some amateur content creation (photoshop some things, after effect other), and i'll be playing with some old school consoles (n64 mainly, yes i know i need an analog to digital adaptor). So i'm looking for a 60hz but with a decent colour coverage, and there are simply too many options out there. i won't go over 27'.
Any suggestions? I can't really decide between that many products...
