I have a 128gb flash drive that I've used for general purpose use for a few years now and needed it as a windows install drive for a new build. After I was done I wanted to use it as a normal drive again, but the windows install software made it so that the drive only has one 32gb partition available for use. Device Manager was no help here- the rest of the storage shows as unallocated with no option to partition it. Formatting the entire drive doesn't help, as the only option is to format it as a 32gb drive. What do I do about this?

My problem is disk manager lmao. It shows the flash drive as 128gb but the rest is allocated with no option to partition.

you are absolutely correct about the superhero name lol

In a cmd prompt -

type

>diskpart

>list disk

>select disk _(drive number from above command)

>clean

then go into disk manager and format as usual.
