House Logo Design Help

I am an architectural drafting student and for our last semester we have to design a mansion. My mansion is a chateau style and is called La Petite since it is on the smaller side for a mansion. We are required to have a logo for our house. I am really awful at Photoshop and don't have a lot of creativity when it comes to designing logos or even catchy names. 

 

Would someone be able to come up with a cool logo for my house? Something Frenchy! It needs to include the name "La Petite". It would also be really helpful to have a separate design for the page numbers (sorta like a box with the number in it).
