New Soundcard needed

Hello,
I'm looking for a soundcard for my  Encore Rockmaster OE and Microlab B77. My budget is about 50-70$. The only thing i need is that the card needs to be on usb, because i dont have any pcie slots available.
What are recommending?

That's not the case. I have port's on mobo but I'm looking for a better soundcard. Is there any? Like Asus Xonar U5. I can buy used stuff if it's worth
