Hi
I just overclocked my GTX 970 Strix from asus. Settings: 1400mhz gpu clock, 1213mV, Memory Clock 8000mhz. The thing is when i was going to stresstest it, the fps locked to about 48 frames in Unigine Heaven Benchmark and some games (GTA 5, CS:GO). I switched back the settings to default but there was no difference. I've done a clean install of new NVIDIA drivers but there's no difference
I Used ASUS GPU Tweak II for the overclock!

Please help me with this issue!

it's a small difference, but a difference still.

if you dont find it to be worth, don't overclock

it might help with minimum FPS however

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB

138 is a good number.

Try running it as the administrator. I had this issue back in the days.

Also if this decides not to work at all, you should try the MSI Afterburner. It works awesome with my GTX1050ti.
