After using compressed air, do you let sit for a while before turning on the computer? or is it okay to just use your computer right away?

You're probably thinking about how Refrigerators and Air Conditioners work. Those have other fluids in them that do need to settle after being moved before using them again.

Liquid coolers for PCs only use water (with some additives) and don't mind if you slosh them around right before plugging them in again.

With an AiO, you might hear a bit of bubble noise for the first few minutes but that will be over shortly as the water circulates and the (tiny) bubbles themselves settle.

with compressed air.

Why would you not be able to use your computer right away? You are just cleaning out the dust and then putting the cooler back in your build.

Cool. Though this week I'm going to be replacing my AiOs with a larger, custom loop.

My CPU and GPU will be getting a lot more radiator space which show mean my fans should be able to stay at low RPM no matter the load.
