Get a better PSU and 1080p monitor.

Get a better PSU at least. Refer to the PSU tier list in this forum.

Never used them,can't suggest :D

Well i have, they work fine, boot like an SSD.

Only bad part is that when you "restart" or crash your system, the boot time becomes of a normal HDD.

Otherwise it works just like any other HDD, just with a small SSD cache for booting and short tasks.

I have experience here pcpartpicker don't show correct prices(India only) you'll end up spending more. Prices are not correct. Better directly search and add products to amazon cart.

I managed to find one if you need SSD then the Build will be 37,500 RS

Intel Pentium G4560

Gigabyte GA-B250M-DS3H

Crucial 8GB DDR4-2133Mhz

Western Digital Blue 1TB Hard Drive

XION Performance mATX Case

Corsair CX 430 430Watt PSU

LG 20M38D 19.5-inch LED Monitor (Black)

If you want go with cheap H110 board so that SSD will fit in 35000 rs budget but not recommended what if the BIOS version is not new?

Do you have any idea how much money a computer shop will take to put a skylake cpu in the mobo and let me update the bios?

No I don't have any idea as the shop is local and is different in every location and also didn't really ask anyone before.
