First of all i`m kinda total noob here so be gentle with me.

 

So the problem is that i have acer laptop with only 1 jack for headset cause it has built in mic that is ofc shit so i have second mic 3.5mm and headset and i even have splitter for them http://shopping.rediff.com/product/3-5mm-stereo-jack-male-y-splitter-audio-microphone-female-cable/13234326 but for some reason only headset  or only mic works if i put them both in, the second one always doesnt work so do i need some kind of  setting for both of them or im just dumb?

I would bet that the jack itself can only output audio, and not accept it as well.
