PC won't turn on

Hey guys , this issue appeared on my friends PC today . I didn't face that error before. If you know how to react in this situation please respond . Thank you

Does this happen every time? If so, can you boot into Safe Mode?

i think he can boot it in safe mode . If so what sould we do and do you know from which component is the issue coming from ( i thinks its the RAM , not sure )

This is kind of hard to diagnose, but if safe mode works i doubt it's the ram. You can use memtest86 to be sure though.

To rule out the hard disk dying, you can use chkdsk, read SMART values with crystaldiskinfo, or use a diagnostic tool from your hard drive manufacturer.

 

I think it might be a software problem, like a driver, Windows process or program running in the background.

First thing i would try is rolling back windows to a previous restore point, if that fails maybe install windows again.
