PC charging acting weird .

Hello

 

I'm using a laptop [Dell Inspiron 15 7559 I5] . And I just noticed the charging light on the bottom of the laptop is blinking . The laptop is on 100% and doesn't drop down as always. But why is it blinking is something bad with the charging or something ? I tried unpluging the charging cable from the wall, laptop but it's still blinking . Can you help me and tell me why ?
