$400 Windows Tablet

Hello. I seek the knowledge of the peoples here on the LTT forums. I have a problem i have been looking at getting a windows 8 tablet. I will mostly be using the tablet for media consumption but I might use it to take notes and type small papers. I don't really mind typing on a touchscreen but i will most likely buy a keyboard dock for longer papers. I have found these two tablets the Lenovo lynx k3011 and the Acer Iconia w3. I like the bigger screen on the Lynx but it has a cheaper build quality. The keyboard for the Lynx also is built cheap. The Iconia has a small screen but it is built better and has a better keyboard except no extra battery in the keyboard. What is yall opinion? Do yall own either one of theses tabs? Do you know a different tab that you would like to suggest? My budget is around $400.

How about Asus Transformer T100? Awesome tablet for 400$ and it comes with a physical keyboard

I saw the surface but the surface in my price range only comes with Windows RT if i'm correct. I would prefer to have full fledged Windows and not be restricted by RT.
