Ok let me look this over quick - I would get windows from G2A/Kinguin, some people don't like it as there are sometimes stolen keys sold on there, if you do buy from there take the shield option and cover your purchase, its around $25

It is a 7700k so overclocking is amazing with this processor. The cooler can push upto 4.8 GHz to 5.0 Ghz.

Hey thanks for your ideas, i have a question about the OS. So awhile back on my laptop (Windows 8) got a free upgrade to 10 so do you think it would be possible of just buying 8 and getting a free upgrade to 10 like my laptop did

The free upgrade from windows 7/8 to 10 has been over since last year, you'll need to get a windows 10 cd-key.
