Help with portforwarding

I have been having issues with the Xbox app on my PC and i need to open some ports but when i go to do that my PC is not on the list of devices. What can i do?

for a client you shouldnt need to portforward, if the support team tells you so, they're blistering idiots that have no idea of the security hazards behind what they're recommending.

have uPNP enabled on the router, it should be enough

this. there's a few other bits like these that could be the issue, and could cause idiot tek sappurt to tell you to bend over in a dark alley and open up port 80

EDIT: my router wont even let me enable that without some nightmare password, HTTPS enabled config utility, and a bunch of other security measures

Also i did open the ports they recommended, should I close them. (http://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-one/networking/network-ports-used-xbox-live)

anything that has port 80 on the list, keep that shit closed because it is a hacker's wet dream.

The issue is i keep getting disconnected from forza horizon 3 multiplayer (but stay in the horizon group)  and when that happens i get disconnected from the party at the same time.

that sounds like a whole lot of something else and not a port forward issue
