Hi there am starting to learn about overclocking and i have an i7 7700k with a kraken x62 and my temps without any overclocking are around 35c to 38c but i have to have fans on or around 70% is this ok or is it a bit high for water cooled as if i have fans turned down my temps sit around 45 to 51 c

your perfectly fine, only thing you shouldn't hit is 80-90°C

everything below 50°C under load is very very cool, so slow your fans down and be happy about silence and cool computing ;)
