Thank you very much kind sir. But may I ask. If i decide to add 1 more 1070 will these power supply support it? Like for future upgrades

750W version of those PSUs should be more than enough for dual 1070 and i7 6700k overclocked.

You should use pcpartpicker.com to assemble your list. It would have given you a power requirement estimate. It would have also told you that the Hyper 212 will not fit in a Spec-1 case.

Spoiler

Your build with a cpu cooler that fits and a psu suggestion:

You might consider going with a Kaby-Lake cpu. I would also suggest using the 2.5" instead of the M.2 version of the MX300 ssd. The M.2 version uses a SATA interface and is no faster than the 2.5" unit.

Going with GTX 1070 SLI would not be my first choice of upgrade. Far better, in my opinion, would be to plan on getting a then current and more powerful gpu. Selling or otherwise disposing of the GTX 1070.

This build incorporates my suggestions but will handle a second GTX 1070.

But will it fit in the spec-2?

If I recall correctly, the Hyper 212 Evo does not fit in any of the Spec cases. The cooler is 159 mm tall.

The Cryorig H7 is a very good cooler that will fit the Spec cases.

Silverstone PS11B-Q is available for the same price in the US and will accommodate the Hyper 212 Evo.
