I would like to know your thoughts on this build that I put together with the prices listed from my local store manually entered in.

Update: case will be picked when I buy the components.

Nothing wrong with the parts i think, pretty standard gaming rig. Just expensive compared to online prices

we get price gouged in Australia.

I would probably rather see something like a EVGA Supernova g2 550w, but that's up for debate.

I mean the Corsair one will probably work just fine, I just wouldn't go lower than gold once you start going i5 and up. And from what I've experienced with my build (Supernova g2 750w) couple of power outages and whatnot I stand by EVGAs build/internals quality.

Yep, that's why I recommended the Supernova G2 line while saying I wouldn't go lower than gold. Quality + efficiency. I should of worded it differently.
