Unigine Heaven locks up after installing the latest Windows updates.

Hi, I have an issue where Unigine Heaven locks up my PC. Before the latest Windows updates it ran fine so it can't be a stability problem with my GPU overclock. 

 

GPU OC Settings (Running at these for about 4 weeks with no issues): 

 

Core Voltage: 50%

Power Limit: 126%

Temp.Limit: 92c 

Core Clock: +165 (= 2088MHz) 

Memory Clock: +530 (4533MHz /9066MHz effective)

Fan Speed: Custom fan curve 

 

What do you think is the problem and how can I fix it?

  1. Uninstall Heaven and reinstall it
  2. Test with Unigine Valley or 3dmark FireStrike to make sure that your OC is 100% stable

I ran Heaven at stock and ran all the way through then I applied the OC and ran it ran Valley all the way through however I started seeing artifacts (black and white line flashes). I still think this is an issue with the updates though because as I've said before I was 100% stable before they were installed.

Take it from the top then... I think that a driver update messed up your OC...

It can't be the latest graphics driver because when I installed that last-week it was stable, it's only since the Windows updates were installed on my PC on the 15th I started getting these issues.

Idk.. Take it from the top, try to find the highest stable overclock...

I think I've found the problem, I uninstalled Afterburner, put on EVGA Precision XOC using the same OC settings and BOOM stable.

EVGA's Precision X OC is the better than Afterburner for Pascal GPUs...
