Will this network design work? And will the 2 routers keep the networks separate? I want to just have the internet connection and not the networks.

Yes, it will keep the networks seperate. But why tho? Wanting to avoid your family's devices is a really bad excuse.

 

EDIT: Wait a minute, no it will not work. You cannot have the isp router in bridge mode, or only one of the routers will get internet access.

You will have a double NAS problem.
