CSGO FPS

Hey guys Im having major issues with my fps in CSGO. I have all settings down to the lowest yet my fps is only around 150, with drops down to 50-60 every 10ish seconds. Keep in mind I have an overclocked gtx 1070 and an overclocked I5 6600K (4.5Ghz) Both overclocks are stable. All drivers are updated. Also have 16gn of ram and I'm using windows 10. Any idea what the problem is?

Like it doesnt make sense, Witcher 3 completely maxed out never, ever drops below 60fps. CSGO drops to 50 on very low....? Fix your shit valve

It isn't a driver issue, every other game is completely fine
